Civil engineering plans and technical drawings

Provided grant, environmental, design, and construction management services for a TWDB subsidized loan. The project included 17,000 linear feet of 6, 8, and 12-inch water main improvements with fire hydrants, meters, and mains.

Work also included route surveys, utility coordination, a baseline citywide hydraulic model, and construction services for the first two phases.

Performed grant, environmental, design, and construction management services for a TWDB-funded project. Essayon assisted Alan Plummer & Associates with expanding the wastewater treatment plant from 0.5 MGD to 0.75 MGD.

The project also included a new interceptor sewer connecting a large housing development to a regional treatment plant.

Obtained a $14,595,000 subsidized loan through the Texas Clean Water State Revolving Fund. Essayon assisted APAI with civil infrastructure design and mapping of existing and proposed underground conveyance systems.

The treatment plant upgrade increased capacity to 2.45 MGD. Services included grant support, environmental review, design, construction management, and inspection.

Managed 7,755 linear feet of 8 and 12-inch sewer lines for the City of Lancaster, including utility relocation, septic connections, and traffic control.
