President, founder, civil and environmental engineer
David McSwain is the president and founding member of Essayon Engineering & Development, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in the design, project management, and construction management of water and wastewater systems and treatment facilities.
His work covers project concept through startup for new and expanded facilities, including grant and loan acquisition from state and federal agencies.
He has also worked directly at construction sites, supervising contractors and resolving field problems for fast-track projects.
The team combines regulatory understanding with practical project execution for municipal infrastructure.
